games with minimal or no equitment


In PE we have been participating in a variety of games that require little or no equipment.
Below is the Matrix which shows our progression in this unit of learning.

Some things that I have done well during this unit of learning are getting involved because even though i did not want to do it i did it


My Next Steps.
Some things I could improve on when playing games with minimal or no equipment are try a bit better  Because i don´t normally go full out when running

WALT: Apply Striking and Fielding activities in a range of sports and activities.

 My Strengths


The striking strategies I was able to effectively demonstrate during the games we played were. keeping eyes on the ball


The throwing and catching strategies I was able to effectively demonstrate during the games we played were cuffing my hands to catch the ball


My Next Steps


To improve my striking of a ball I need to aim were i'm striking because otherwise i will not be aiming were i'm supossed to be aiming

To Improve my catching and fielding I need to run after the ball fast when it is away because i will be standing there doing nothing
