the way i have shown leadership is by offering to help people and also holding the door for them to walk through. I have done this many times as i'm putting the flag away or grabbing it to put up all of the people who i do it to say thank you and look really happy.
i think the care value i showed was community because i am helping the community.
I also think the leadership trait i showed was active thinker because i wasnt just thinking of myself i was thinking of others.
